HR Specialist

Our team of industry executives and specialists is something that makes us extremely proud and self-confident. We are strengthening our team and looking for HR Specialist to join Heston Airlines.

WE EXPECT THE HR SPECIALIST WILL:

• Be responsible for employee recruitment and their full lifecycle in the company;
• Be responsible for HR communication for both Crew and Office HR teams;
• Contribute to the development of the employer branding strategy together with HR and Marketing teams;
• Be the first point of contact for our employees and handling general questions on company policies and procedures which are in close collaboration with other HR functions;
• Organize and maintain employee documentation and records as well as ensuring confidentiality in the handling of sensitive data;
• Get involved in various HR tasks and projects including managing employee work hours, tracking absences, and handling payroll, with the chance to try out and learn new things along the way.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree;
• Are fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Hold excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas;
• Have knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs (MS Office programs);
• Hold solid ethics and morals, sound judgement.

WE WILL CONSIDER THE BELOW AS AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in aviation industry;
• Degree of Communication or English Philology;
• One year or more of work experience in HR;
• Knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central program.
