We're looking for someone like you to lead the design and development of captivating, high-quality games that delight players worldwide. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams to ensure our games hit the mark in both content and localization.

This position can be remote within Turkey but must be commutable to Instanbul for regular meetings.

What You'll Do:

• Define the vision for game projects and lead daily development efforts.
• Provide design leadership and guide cross-regional teams to success.
• Stay ahead of western market trends to create content players love.
• Ensure top-tier localization and cultural relevance in every aspect.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with teams across the globe.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in successful match-3 game development.
• Proven leadership in managing game development teams.
• Strong understanding of cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Expertise in match-3 game design, A/B testing, difficulty tuning, and user operations.
• Exceptional leadership to drive timelines and deliver results under pressure.
• A deep understanding of the casual and match-3 game market with a proactive and positive mindset.
