Project Manager

Job Purpose?

• To manage and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.
  
  

Key Administrative Responsibilities?

• Ensure invoicing in timely manner?
• Monitor, manage and track client Region Age Debt
  
  

Key Direct Responsibilities?

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.?
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resource allocation.?
• Coordinate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders.?
• Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve issues.?
• Ensure quality control and compliance with client expectations.?
• Process orders ?
• Process timely invoices ?
• Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals. ?
• Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. ?
• Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files. ?
• Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
