Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Project ownership, coordination across client and Customer teams to provide project governance, process standardization and task management optimisation, for ongoing project workstreams
• Prioritization and management of tasks and activities, in alignment with Customer’s Project Manager and System Admins
• Liase with telco, infra and partners from Client for task management
• Resource management of all Sprinklr resources
• Primary escalation points for all issues across any workstream and manages day to days task updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Familiar with working in IT environment

Other details:

• Working hour 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
