Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems in alignment with clean code principles.
• Participate in daily development tasks, Scrum ceremonies, and design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a .Net Backend Developer with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of software modeling, engineering principles, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprints and working with Scrum Masters.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, RabbitMQ, and knowledge of the accounting domain (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Candidates must complete a technical homework assignment prior to the interview.
