About The Team And Role

The team manages the Corporate Data Platform, crucial for IT Corporate's efficiency, cost-saving, and compliance. They are updating outdated technology iteratively while handling multiple initiatives.

As an Agile Coach, you'll drive Agile and Scrum adoption, align activities with business goals, and promote continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, the Chief Product Officer, and stakeholders to manage backlog items and bridge business and technical needs. Additionally, you'll work with the IT Corporate Portfolio Manager to establish governance and prioritization processes and support agile methodologies across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement Agile/Scrum methods and coach team members on these principles.
  • Foster continuous improvement and encourage adoption of Agile practices across IT Corporate.
  • Align team activities with business goals, working closely with Product Owners and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency on team goals, capacity, financials, and backlog priorities.
  • Use technical expertise to support decision-making and maximize value delivery.
  • Promote a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Support governance and prioritization processes for seamless collaboration between business and technology.

You are an experienced leader and coach skilled in agile methodologies, relationship building, and managing change. Your strategic mindset and solution-oriented approach make you effective in complex organizations. Your focus on organizational and employee development, along with your experience at various levels, shows your capability to drive sustainable change.

You also have

  • Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, IT management, project management, or related field.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies for portfolio management and governance.
  • Ability to engage and align business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience connecting decision-making forums for strategic alignment.
  • Servant leadership inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience driving change within complex organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • Continuous improvement mindset identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player focused on collective success.
  • Proven experience and passion for driving change.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
