Location: Malmö, Sweden (Preferred); Madrid, Spain (Preferred); Bangalore, India
- Partner with engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance data products, ensuring seamless data flow and optimizing processes for data collection, quality analysis, visualization, and pipeline automation.
- Take ownership of all data-related operations, including deployment, release management, security, and privacy compliance.
- Drive innovation and automation to improve product functionality and efficiency.
- Utilize Jira, GitHub, and Confluence for planning, tracking progress, and documentation.
- Follow Ingka's data and technology guidelines, adhering to best practices and architectural recommendations.
- Design and maintain KPIs in tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Develop and refine machine learning models and perform ML-related tasks, such as waiting time estimation and creating LLMs.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Tools: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Dataflow, Dataform, etc.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries like Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with database systems- Relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore).
- Proficiency in Machine Learning, including ML model development and LLM maintenance.
- Excellent data analysis and critical thinking skills to address business needs and identify actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of data quality analysis and methods to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
