Intern – Data Analytics

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Analytic Team to understand the requirements for the supply and demand data system.
• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and SAP report
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize supply chain metrics, demand trends, and inventory levels.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on dashboard designs to meet business needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify insights and opportunities for optimization within the supply chain.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analysis.
• Support other Power BI design related project.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Relationship Databases: Proficiency in working with relational databases is crucial. Understanding data modeling, querying, and database design is essential.
• Power BI Application: Familiarity with Power BI, a powerful business intelligence tool, is important. You should be able to use Power BI to create dashboards and interactive visual reports with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships; Analytical thinking for converting data into relevant reports and graphics.
• ERP Systems: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is beneficial. Understanding how ERP systems handle data across various business functions is valuable.
