HEAD OF DIGITAL BANKING DEVELOPMENT

Key Deliverables:

• Provide leadership and direction to the IT channels section team.
• Manage the technical troubleshooting and upgrade implementation for e-banking and mobile banking channels for retail and corporate customers, wallets and other sub systems like 2-factor authentication, IRM, utilities etc.
• Conduct product development and new enhancements of the e-banking channel and provide production support (1st Line and 2nd Line support)
• End to end responsibility for all system availability, service monitoring and building disaster recovery process for online and mobile banking services
• Maintain and oversee the IT vendor relationships supporting the IT channels section.
• Developing technical packages to migrate data from multiple systems and sources to data warehouse as part of offline data integration process
• Extract, transfer and load data to other sub-systems from the data warehouse
• Build dashboards for various departments related to customer behaviors and trends through business intelligence reporting tools.
• Provide advance predictive analysis based of customer lifetime value for divisions to take decisions on product marketing to specific target audience
• Responsible for configuration support of WhatsApp banking with product manager in retail banking.
• Coach and develop capability of MI within the retail and corporate banking division.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the Channels section team, including staffing, performance management, budget management and other relevant management functions.
• Program, code as per agreed standards and conduct code reviews
• Coach and lead a team of Java developers to ensure the product coding is configured and completed
• Ensue all related activities are in accordance with bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

10+ years of professional experience in the banking industry in the technology division.

Business Understanding:

Experience in adaptive/Agile IT environments.

Excellent understanding of product development

Knowledge of data science and analytics
