(Senior) Machine Learning Engineer (LLM) - AI Solutions - San Sebastian, Spain

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will work on challenging projects that address real-world issues, leveraging advanced AI and quantum-inspired technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compression techniques for LLMs to improve efficiency and solve domain-specific challenges.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for enhanced performance, accuracy, and robustness.
• Analyze model strengths and weaknesses, proposing and implementing improvements.
• Document development processes and mentor junior team members to foster continuous learning.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs and recommend relevant tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years’ experience with deep learning models; 1+ year hands-on with LLMs/Transformers (e.g., HuggingFace, PyTorch).
• Strong foundation in deep learning, neural networks, and GPU architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; research publications are a plus.
