Frontend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of complex web applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating rich, interactive user interfaces and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You will also help mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex, dynamic, and responsive web applications using Angular (version 4+).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services via APIs.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux/NGRX.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jasmine/Karma.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Apply best practices in Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge to help foster a collaborative development environment.
• Continuously optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging production issues when necessary.

SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Minimum of five years' experience in front-end development.
• Strong expertise in building complex applications using Angular (version 4+).
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and SCSS.
• Expert knowledge in TypeScript, JavaScript, RXJS, and ES6.
• Hands-on experience with Redux/NGRX for state management.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.
• A solid understanding of Agile working practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of E-Trading systems or experience in financial services.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of Continuous Delivery (CD) practices and tools.
