Tarkett Turkey has a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Sisli/Istanbul office)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our talented team.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Marketing / Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 and more years in a managerial role
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Ability to use and integrate the AI tools
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Strong strategic planning, project management and organizational skills
• Open to travel: domestic and international

Responsibilities;

• Manage the relevant product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialisation, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans
• Market research analysis and planning of necessary actions according to market conditions
• Developing and maintaining local pricing strategy
• Leading the launch of social media platforms and official website, developing strategy and creating content, measuring and evaluating performance of all digital & marketing campaigns
• Lead launch event strategy and action plan
• Responsible for gathering and analysing market and competitor information, producing summary report (defining local Strategic Plan)
• Work with sales team and channel partners to support sales initiatives and expand market reach and Sales Team Product Trainings (including new SR onboarding program)
• Preparing and managing the marketing budget
