About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety of global HR initiatives. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will provide HR counsel and support across HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and on-the-ground culture and engagement activities.
You will contribute to day-to-day HR activities while demonstrating broad knowledge and experience. This includes managing the full employee life cycle, handling employee relations, supporting performance management, people development, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering HR guidance and solutions.
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and development programs.
- Provide support on employee relations issues and offer advice to managers and employees.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local legislation and are communicated effectively.
- Maintain and update HR systems, compensation changes, and internal communications.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of broad HR experience in a professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with growing responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and how to apply it in practical situations.
