This role will primarily be an outbound position to;


As a Support Specialist, you will:


  • Provide first-level technical support for internal applications,
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions,
  • Coordination of issues related to third-party applications (CRM, ERP),
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, while maintaining ownership and follow-up until resolution,
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base,
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction scores,
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development and operations, to enhance support processes and tools.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience),
  • 0-2 years of professional experience,
  • Knowledge of MS SQL,
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure is a big plus.
