What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work within our Product Team to create impactful fintech solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our product initiatives align with business goals and customer needs.

This role will primarily be an outbound position to;

• Define and execute product strategy in alignment with company goals.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product initiatives, manage the backlog and oversee the development lifecycle.

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure successful delivery.

• Continuously analyze product performance and usage data to drive improvements.

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps effectively to all stakeholders.

• Effectively manage time based on project planning to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed on schedule.

• Continuously research and analyze new technologies, market innovations and evolving user expectations to enhance product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.

• Familiar with design, development, test processes and IT infrastructure.

• Understanding of SQL and API testing tools like Postman.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and innovation.
