As Senior Client Project Manager you will be responsible to define the project plan, work plan, resource management, timeline, budget planning, customer engagement, requirements gathering and documentation, proposal preparations, and achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget to maximize the quality delivery and profitability.

As Senior Client Project Manager you will be responsible to define the project plan, work plan, resource management, timeline, budget planning, customer engagement, requirements gathering and documentation, proposal preparations, and achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget to maximize the quality delivery and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Requirements clarification with proper scope documentation, planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs.
- Manage with resources to Implement and integrate software solutions/ technological applications including design, build and synthesize that are customized to meet an organization's needs.
- Provides project management support for routine client-focused projects within a functional / operational area to enhance services and level of customer support.
- Works with customer and internal company resources to align on business requirements with proper documentation.
- Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.
- Ensures effective cross-functional participation, Monitors metrics and reports on progress, status, and issues.
- Ensures compliance to standards, policies, and processes, including safeguarding proprietary information and protection of corporate assets.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Participates in technical meetings and acts and coordinate with all the stakeholders to resolve the problems or tasks/issues.
- Able to improve skills with all existing and new software solutions at functional levels to manage and functionally discuss with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management ideally in retail
- Good technical knowledge on different Software and Database technologies
- Good technical knowledge on IT environment landscape and integrated solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environment.
- Good business English skills (written and spoken)
- Arabic is nice to have.
