About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using NestJS and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure software quality and scalability.
• Participate in technical discussions with CTO & dev team.
• Experience with Docker.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in NestJS and MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Excellent communication skills in conversational English.

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing relevant backend development projects.
• Availability to work on-site is mandatory.
• Remote options are available only for highly experienced candidates with proven seniority.

Opportunity Statement:

Our base salary ranges from €25K to €30K, depending on your experience, with significant growth potential as we hit key milestones (100 customers, BEP, €1M ARR, €10M ARR, €100M ARR). At €1M ARR, we will introduce an option pool with shares distributed based on contribution and seniority.

This position is an hybrid position: 3 days on site are mandatories, 2 days of remote working are allowed.
