Backend/Full Stack Developer (Node, Nest, TypeScript) – API Integration and Process Automation

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Support: Collaborate with the development team on both backend and frontend tasks, providing assistance on projects involving marketing, sales, customer care, and partnership teams.
• API Integration: Integrate our partners on the dedicated page by working with their APIs to create customized functionalities and services.
• Process Automation: Design and implement solutions to automate workflows in marketing, sales, and customer care, reducing manual work and increasing campaign efficiency.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain applications using NestJS and MongoDB, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Monitor and proactively resolve bugs, proposing solutions to enhance the platform's performance and stability.

Required Skills

1. Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in these tools, with the ability to manage complex projects in a structured manner.
2. MongoDB: Advanced competence in designing and managing NoSQL databases.
3. Git: Strong familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows.
4. API Integration: Experience in creating integrations with third-party providers, managing endpoints, and analyzing real-time data.
5. Process Automation: Familiarity with tools and methodologies for automating marketing, sales, and customer care workflows.
6. Communication: Ability to interface with various teams (marketing, sales, customer care, partnerships) and clearly explain technical solutions.
7. RabbitMQ (Bonus): Basic knowledge of messaging systems and queues is a plus.

Requirements

• Portfolio: Submission of projects and/or experiences that demonstrate proficiency in the aforementioned areas.
• On-site Availability: Being on-site is essential. Hybrid or full remote options will be considered only for profiles with at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record of seniority.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: Ranges from €20k to €30k per year, commensurate with experience.
• Growth: Significant salary increases upon reaching key milestones (100 customers, BEP, €1M ARR, €10M ARR, €100M ARR).
• Equity: Upon reaching €1M ARR, we will introduce an option pool with shares distributed based on contribution and seniority.
