Digital Project Manager

The Role:
This Government Department is seeking a Digital Manager to lead and manage the delivery of an Intranet and Corporate Websites redevelopment program.

The Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a project plan for the redevelopment of the Intranet and Corporate website
• Develop and support appropriate governance arrangements, including key role in Project Control Board, to oversee the redevelopment of the websites
• Maintain comprehensive recording and documentation of project phase using preferred project management tools and processes
• Establish and maintain effective engagement with full range of internal stakeholders across programs and the department's Strategic Communications and Online Services teams
• Manage contracted supplier to deliver the project to the specified scope time, budget and standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 year's experience specialising as a Digital Project Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in website development in a government setting, including project management and project delivery capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of a complex project to a high standard, including good commercial acumen and vendor management skills
• High level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and commitment to a collaborative teamwork culture.
• Public Sector experience is essential.
