Your Mission:

• Create eye-catching visuals for social media, newsletters, digital campaigns, and more, ensuring every design not only looks stunning but also makes a real impact.

• Work on multiple client projects, adapting your designs to fit various brand styles and industries. 

• Be an expert with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and turn ideas into compelling digital content that gets noticed.

• Take initiative and contribute fresh creative ideas.

• Experiment with AI tools like DALL·E and Midjourney to explore new creative boundaries (optional but encouraged!).

• Maintain a pixel-perfect eye for detail, ensuring your designs are captivating and align with performance goals.

• Own your results - track and refine the performance of your designs, adjusting them for maximum impact.

Your Creative Superpowers:

• 4+ years of experience designing impactful digital content across various industries and platforms, preferably within an advertising, content, or other agency.

• Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator—these are your go-to tools for creating standout designs.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for taking initiative and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

• A pixel-perfect eye for detail, ensuring that every design you create is both engaging and effective.

• A strong sense of ownership over your work, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

• A degree in Graphic Design (or a related field).
