About The Role

We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive HR Operations Expert to join our team.

Within the Human Resources team and as a direct report of the Head of HR, you will be responsible for establishing and managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employees with HR- Related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
• Maintain and update the HRIS (Workday) to ensure accurate data and generate reports for management.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations

We are looking for you, if you:

• Bachelor’s degree, in HR management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2+ years of work experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience working with Workday is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Proficient in English
