Software Developer (Node.JS)

One of our clients seek a Senior Developer (Node.JS)to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month renewable contract. This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have experience with building & managing server-side JavaScript and a proven ability to build scalable backend services.

Technical Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Node.js Developer

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the Node.js runtime

· Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Koa, or NestJS

· Proficient understanding of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications

· Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for basic integrations

· Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis

· Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture, its quirks and workarounds

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
