Our client are one most dynamic semi-government organizations who are looking to hire their next Chief Product Officer to leading digital product strategies at an executive level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of product vision and strategies which are closely aligned with the company’s strategic objectives emphasizing revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide product development and potential new revenue streams.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company’s financial goals and strategic priorities.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure product offerings comply with industry regulations and standards, addressing any relevant legal, security or ethical considerations.
• Shape and transform the strategy of Innovation Studio products using market research, identifying high-demand product segments and commercial needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships and identify M&A opportunities to enable revenue growth.
• Drive the development and prioritization of a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with market demands, customer expectations and sales objectives.
• Define an optimised structure of Innovation Studio and direct the development of departmental structures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a C-suite role within the technology industry
• Candidate background preference: Logistics, Supply Chain, Ecommerce OR Start up Environment
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful technology products.
• Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, artificial intelligence and applications.
