We’re looking for a dynamic leader with founder-level experience to head Delphi’s business units and drive growth across Data, Advanced Analytics and AI, Infrastructure, Cloud Security, and Application Modernization. A background in consulting or Microsoft partner organizations is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

•Growing Business & Collaborating with the CEO: Partner with the CEO to drive company growth and implement strategic vision. Lead initiatives that will shape the direction of the business and ensure sustainable success.

•Lead the Business Units & IT Service Delivery: Oversee all delivery operations, ensuring excellence across multiple domains: Data, Advanced Analytics and AI, Infrastructure, Cloud Security, and Application Modernization.

•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

•Driving Innovation & Business Transformation: Lead business transformation initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative strategies to position the company at the forefront of the industry.

•Drive Strategy: Shape and execute strategies that align with client needs, business objectives, and emerging market trends.

•Inspire Teams: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

•Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables while meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance.

•Own Client Success: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.

•Measure and Improve: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements for better outcomes and efficiencies.

•Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and AI to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

•Experience That Drives Success: 15+ years in IT delivery, with 8+ years in leadership, ideally from a Microsoft partner or consulting firm. Proven ability to scale businesses and teams.

•Technical Expertise: Proven expertise across Infrastructure, Collaboration, and Security, including Exchange Online, Office 365, Teams migration, and advanced Microsoft Security Suite solutions. Expertise in DevOps and Application Modernization with Azure DevOps, microservices on AKS, and cloud-native app development. Experienced in Advanced Analytics and AI projects, including machine learning, generative AI, and Power Platform. Strong capabilities in Cloud Migration, Data Center Transitions, and Managed Azure services.

•Scaling Visionary: Adept at growing teams and businesses, with a strong preference for entrepreneurial or founder-level experience.

•Client-Centric Mindset: A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and satisfaction.

•Growth-Oriented & Entrepreneurial: Passionate about driving business growth with a founder-level mindset.
