Amsterdam - Hybrid

Hourly Rate up to €58 Euro - 40 hours per week

Around 3 Months - Utilising a Dutch Umbrella Company

What skills you will need as a Project Specialist:

- Interest in Prince2, PMP or Agile Project Management certification

- With supervision, ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making -

- Effectively communicate in 1:1 and small groups.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships (both within a team and with wider stakeholders)

- Highly organized and structured

- Flexibility and the ability to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment.

- Hands on and support the facilitation of problem solution activities led by Project/Program Managers

- Support Project/Program Managers to ensure the project outcomes are in line with customer needs and/or expectations

- Experience with data analysis is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Craft Methodology and Standards:Be familiar with project management basics and fundamentals to structure work and contribute to project delivery.
• E2E Project Management:Project execution, monitoring and controlling with global impact (cross-functional) driving them through execution, analysis, recommendation and implementation. Track and report progress; maintain change control over scope and keep overview of issues, risks and actions. Ability to resolve or mitigate small to medium risks/issues of phases or elements of the project.
• Data gathering & output:Create, maintain and update project outputs e.g. impact analysis, data reports, inbound requests, Support STR compliance project managers with data requests in order to analyze impact and success of license implementations, Support preparation of periodic government required data reports, Support defining and measuring the success metrics of the Projects/Programs/workstream(s) in scope.
• Operational work:Process bulk closures and reopening requests coming from local offices and customer service, Conduct manual license monitoring and validation in locations where automatic validation is not yet possible
• Program Governance: Keep the Project documentation up to date, Support the Project in communication, documentation and coordination activities.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for all topic related queries. Ability to work and productively interact with different stakeholders up to (Senior) Manager level.
