Middle Devops Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Middle DevOps Engineer to contribute to our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in deploying and maintaining systems in a multi-platform environment and will be able to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Your contributions will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our ERP system, ultimately impacting the operations of or dealership clients.

Tasks:

• Manage and maintain server environments, including Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server (2003-2019).
• Design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure using virtualization technologies such as VMware and Docker.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using BitBucket, ensuring efficient code integration and deployment.
• Automate processes using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Linux (RedHat 6-9, Ubuntu 16-22, CentOS) and Windows Server (2003-2019).
• Proficiency with databases, specifically MongoDB and MySQL.
• Familiarity with hypervisors, particularly VMware, and knowledge of KVM, Proxmox, or VNC.
• Expertise in virtualization technologies, including Docker and Docker Compose; experience with Docker Swarm is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices, specifically with BitBucket (GitLab and GitHub Actions are a plus).
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins; knowledge of Terraform and Groovy is advantageous.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud and AWS.
• Experience with web servers, especially Nginx and Tomcat.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
• Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Bash; Python knowledge will be considered an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B1)
