Your Role as a Senior Development Lead Mobile Apps

Lead mobile development teams to design, build, and optimize Android & iOS apps. Ensure quality, scalability, and performance in an agile environment while aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor mobile development teams, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Develop and implement customer-centric and scalable mobile solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management, product managers, and UX designers to translate business needs into functional applications.
• Stay up to date with mobile technology trends and apply innovations to improve our mobile ecosystem.
• Maintain an efficient CI/CD process for seamless and reliable releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Profile

We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional with the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in native mobile app development with expertise in both Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, Firebase) and API development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, and experience with frameworks like Ionic, Flutter, or React Native is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in managing development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for innovation and solving complex challenges.
