The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.

1. Excellent knowledge of JIRA is essential.
2. Excellent knowledge of EazyBI is essential.
3. Very strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
4. Experience as a Scrum master and Agile coach.
5. Excellent Knowledge of agile software development.
6. Strong communication and leadership qualities.
7. Excellent Interpersonal skills and patience and problem- solving skills.
8. Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
9. Strong written and oral communication skills.
10. Ability to manage and work with large teams.
11. Knowledge/experience of all project delivery methodologies, focusing on the differences/similarities between them and the Agile development model.
12. Ability to include agile ways of working into a predominately waterfall delivery method.
13. Experience of working in other ICT environment of similar scale to Revenue
14. Experience of previous JIRA migration would be beneficial

Candidates holds at least one of the following qualifications or equivalents:

Scrum Master Certification

Agile Coach Certification

JIRA Certification
