PMO Analyst | Senior Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a PMO Analyst to support large-scale business transformation programmes within the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing team, driving change and solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the PMO Lead and Programme Manager in delivering transformation programmes.
• Manage and mentor junior programme resources.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain project logs, including plans, risk and issue tracking, budgets, and resource plans.
• Develop and update project status reports and governance documentation.
• Manage programme onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, reconciliations, and contracting processes.
• Support senior leadership with documentation and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a PMO or Business Analyst role.
• Financial services experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Desirable Skills

• Project Management and/or Agile certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience with project management tools (eg: Jira, Asana, Clarity, etc.)
• Consulting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
