Director, GTM Strategy Revenue Operations

This opportunity affords you the opportunity to “shape the future” and drive strategic transformation commercials initiatives.
In this role you will drive, lead and support initiatives in go-to-market strategy, sales force effectiveness, performance and productivity analytics, territory design, compensation design, forecasting, and process optimization
- Go to Market, Deployment, Product Performance, Territory – What markets are performing – What products are performing
- Drive sales – strategic planning, forecasting, planning, quota development, capacity management, territory design-planning and segmentation strategies , pipeline management, target setting, quota distribution
- Best Practices, Process, Governance, Frameworks, Control , Documentation
- Looking at sales pipeline globally to see how they can reach their goals
- Global stakeholders – Relationship building, engagement and management
- Sales – Dashboards, Data, Insights, metrics – understanding sales data, commercial experience
- Strong Systems - Data / BI analytics . . . Platforms knowledge IE Salesforce skills – pipeline, metrics, KPIs
