Technical Mid-Senior Product Manager

Our goal is to significantly improve the healthcare sector in a completely new way: a software platform that transforms the daily lives of medical practices and patients.

Our vision is a Software as a Service to help digitalize the healthcare industry fast. We developed AlfaDocs, the first 100% all-in-one cloud platform for Patient Relationship & Practice Management.

Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.

Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove)

Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break | Flexible Smartworking Options

Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

In Your Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Strategic Product Leadership

• Driving Product Vision: Collaborate with Fabian, our CPO and Founder, to refine and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
• Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that positions AlfaDocs as the leading platform in healthcare digitalization.
• Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain AlfaDocs' innovative edge.
  
  

Product Discovery and Development

• Customer Insights: Lead efforts to gather and analyze customer feedback, transforming insights into actionable product improvements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, guiding product development priorities.
• Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with future vision.
  
  

Collaboration and Oversight

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Tech and engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the product vision.
• Development Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of features and iterations.
• User Experience Excellence: Advocate for and ensure an exceptional user experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  
  

Leadership and Mentorship

• Team Development: Mentor and professionally advance junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and develop the deployment of product knowledge across all stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  
  

Transition Responsibilities

• Task Transition: Gradually take over key responsibilities from Fabian, ensuring a seamless transition and continued strategic oversight.
  
  

Continuity and Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement and iteration of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Requirements

• Technical background with basic coding skills
• Expert with tools such as Figma for creating mockups and wireframes
• Worked in UI / UX for at least 3 to 5 years
• Italian language mother tongue level
• Advanced english
• Excellent communication skills

Onboarding and Training: During the onboarding phase at AlfaDocs, you will always have a colleague ready to support you and responsible for your training. Unless otherwise specified, an onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you will have the pleasure of meeting our entire team and visiting the beautiful city!
