We are looking for an experienced Project Manager whose main focus will be on technical projects, involving system decommission and data migration processes, managing business logic changes across various core systems, as well as app implementation, and new service setups.
Your Main Function and Responsibilities
Manage implementation of assigned Baltics or GeoPost-initiated projects according to DPD Baltics project governance procedures and policies:
- Feasibility study: Define and/ or review business requirements with the idea owners, analyze the idea, and conduct research following Business Development framework and standards to determine if there is a business rationale for idea implementation in a form of a project.
- Project Planning and Execution: Effectively manage and oversee DPD Baltic projects, including scope, time, budget, risks and resource planning. If applicable, define and/ or review business requirements with the idea owners, analyze the idea, and conduct research following Business Development framework and standards to determine if there is a business rationale for idea implementation in a form of a project.
- Team Guidance: Lead the assigned project team, ensure cross team clarity on the goals, status and next steps.
- Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and address project risks and dependencies. Proactively develop mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal disruptions to the timelines and outcomes.
- Reporting and Transparency: Regular status, milestone and risk reports to stakeholders. Providing clear insights and maintaining information transparency through the project life cycle.
- Documentation: Ensure information flow transparency and traceability between project teams and DPD.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as Project Manager, with a proven track record.
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience of system decommissioning, data migration, and new service setups.
- Project management experience within an international environment and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to translate business requirements to actionable tasks, ability to clearly and reasonably present ideas.
- Ability to adapt to business needs and changes during a project implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English knowledge (oral and written).
- Good understanding of project resource management and budgeting processes.
Beneficial:

- Professional certification of project management such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar is beneficial.
