Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Acquiring)

The role is about:

The Acquiring domain develops and supports a suite of payment gateway-related products that ensure stable and consistent payment processing for our clients and partners. It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work will have a direct impact on the reliability and success of our systems.

As a Senior QA, you'll work on our payment gateway and other gateway related projects, playing a vital role in shaping our quality assurance processes. In addition to ensuring high test coverage and reliability, you will contribute to establishing best practices and improving the overall QA strategy. Your insights and expertise will make releases smoother and ensure the delivery of reliable solutions.

You will: 

• Design, develop, and execute integration tests to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different components of our software.
• Conduct browser testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience (nice to have).
• Perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and security of backend services (nice to have).
• Contribute to cross functional testing team, setup test processes and ways of working.
  
  
  

What we need:

• Proven experience in setting up test automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong proficiency in integration testing.
• Proficient in at least one backend testing tool, example pytest.
• Knowledge of mock frameworks for backend testing.
• Experience with frontend testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Appium.
• Experience in API testing and automation.
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline integration
• Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies to enhance the testing process.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of test automation projects.

A take-home test designed to showcase your skills. You'll have up to 5 days to complete it in a single attempt (estimated time: 90-180 minutes).

3️⃣ Technical Review & Live Coding

Our technical experts will review your assignment and invite you for a live coding challenge to assess your problem-solving and coding abilities (60-90 minutes).

4️⃣ Final Behavioral Interview

A 45-60 minute discussion focused on team fit and collaboration with our Product Lead and CTO. This is your chance to dive deeper into our culture and align on expectations.
