The Role:

In this role as Senior PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and ensuring that projects are aligned with our organizational goals. You will support the low code practice to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, within scope, on time, and within budget.


Job Scope:

  • To assist in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of project documentation such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • To help allocate resources efficiently and tracking their utilization across projects.
  • To monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial controls are in place.
  • To conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to provide financial insights and support budget management.
  • To support the development and monitoring of project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • To gather and analyse project data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • To prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
  • To administer project management tools and software, ensuring that they are properly configured and used effectively.
  • To provide training and support to project team members on project management tools and processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT system implementation.
  • Previous experience in project management office (PMO) or a similar role will be beneficial.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with abilities to plan ahead
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Team player with proven abilities to work with different teams from corporate functions to project teams
  • Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently, with good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly.
