Agile Coach


The Role:

As an Agile Coach, you’ll guide and mentor agile teams across Product and Technology, helping them optimize processes from idea generation through to release. Working with teams in the UK and Europe, you’ll lead the adoption of agile practices, introduce new ways of working, and ensure continuous improvement. Your focus will be on setting up frameworks, tracking key metrics, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive efficiency and agility across 4 development teams.


Your Experience:

We’re looking for an Agile Coach with experience in software development and the tech sector. You should be skilled in communication, with a proactive, analytical approach and the ability to influence and build trust. Previous experience working with delivery managers and cross-functional teams is essential, as well as the ability to track performance and improve flow efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams on agile practices and the Product Operating Model, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Work with delivery managers to embed new ways of working and establish agile frameworks.
  • Measure and report key metrics like flow time and efficiency, driving improvement efforts.
  • Encourage collaboration, transparency, and trust within teams.
  • Facilitate agile learning and development for individuals and teams.
  • Work across teams to identify and address challenges using agile principles.

This business works in the information space and have grown quickly in the 15 years they have been running. They are 1500 people and have a culture where people are listened too and if you come with great ideas the business is not afraid to act on them. They have recently changed the way that projects are delivered, which means they are scaling their technical teams and is the reason they are hiring you.


The business is valued at $1B and the aim to be valued at $2B within 5 years.

Salary

£90k + 10% bonus + pension + 26 days holiday + 2 days for like admin + 2 days to do some good, this increases with time.


They will give you 6 professional coaching or mental health sessions per year (an amazing benefit), plus all the other perks.

Location

They are located in London and ideally you will want to come in 1 day per week OR a fortnight.
