Software Engineer (f/m/div)*

In this exciting position at the Infineon site in Villach, a very varied range of tasks awaits you: Within a small team, you will be responsible for new software developments, carry out software specifications and tests and accompany the overall process from the concept phase to handover to internal customers. In doing so, you will always be at the cutting edge of technology!

In your new role you will:

• Perform requirement analyses
• Do Incident Management: Root Cause Analysis & Bug Fixing
• Be responsible for the user management of department own applications
• Be responsible for the monitroing of applications
• Do software development
• Test and deploy new functionalities and applications
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Successfully completed a degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology (or comparable) or a HTL with several years of professional experience
• Routine in coding with different languages (e.g. C# .Net, C++, WEB)
• Able to manage different SQL Databases, mainly Oracle
• Willigness to work in a global team spread over different time-zones
• Knowledge of agile methods
• Angular knowledge (is a plus)
• Expertise in the semiconductor industry (is a plus)
• A good command of German and English
  
  

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.665,31 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
