Senior Project Leader in Transaction Banking Regulatory Implementation team

We are looking for a full-time experienced senior project manager to lead and identify regulatory projects with high complexity across Product Management Transaction Banking (TxB) Product Management with ability to with more than 1 project at a time.
About Our Team
Meet the TxB Regulatory Implementation team. Our role is to lead complex regulatory changes related projects to secure deliveries according to planned timelines that adds value to Nordea customers and secure Nordea being secure and trusted bank.
Our team has currently 4 Project Leaders and aiming to grow, working with projects across Nordea main markets – Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway. The Regulatory Implementation team is part of the TxB Product Management unit which consists of common divisional capabilities that serve the whole Transaction Banking area and our 9,5 million private and 500 000 corporate customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Independently plan, scope, structure and drive projects and programmes
- Manage stakeholders on all organisational levels effectively and efficiently
- Ensure progress on deliveries across Transaction Banking according to the set milestones
- Work on different projects as well as strategic development
- You will report to Head of Regulatory Implementation in Transaction Banking Product Management
Who You Are

Your background and skills include:
- Bring in a strong experience working with banking regulation preferable in an implementation role
- Withhold strong ability in problem-solving, change management and collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively and focus on delivering high quality complex projects
- Capable and motivated to quickly and efficiently pick-up new topics with a high level of complexity
- Possess skills and vision to implement changes as well as open to new ideas
- Proven strong team-spirit and outgoing personality ensuring coordination within the team and with all internal and external stakeholders
- Project management experience - minimum 5 years
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in Payment solutions and services
- Experience working with project teams working in different locations
