Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

(6-month Contract)

Location: Rostock

Focus: High-volume, blue-collar recruitment

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join an innovative team embedded within a leading renewable energy manufacturer. Based on site in Rostock, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate attraction to seamless onboarding. If you're organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create job ads and coordinate interviews
• Organise onsite assessment days and participate in kick-off meetings
• Collaborate with works councils on hiring
• Manage onboarding, including contracts and returns
• Act as a key point of contact for HR-related questions for student hiring
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in talent acquisition in an international setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office; SuccessFactors experience a plus
• Fluent in German and English - this is a MUST
• A high degree of proactive, diligence and reliability
