Project Manager - Payroll and HR Project

Our client, a leading social media company in Dublin, seeks a Payroll Projects Manager for an 11-month contract.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Projects Manager to join the Global Payroll team.

You will drive process improvements, system enhancements, and stakeholder collaboration while developing metrics and dashboards to track project success.

Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?

• Lead International Payroll Projects: Drive key payroll initiatives, including HR updates, benefits changes, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance teams to analyze payroll issues, develop business requirements, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead projects to enhance payroll processes, systems, and reporting aligned with global strategy.
• Business Readiness: Ensure the global payroll operations team is fully prepared for new processes and systems.
• Effective Communication: Communicate project priorities, requirements, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of payroll transformations.
• Global Standards Implementation: Partner with the Payroll Operations team to implement new policies and procedures with a focus on global consistency.

What do I need?

• Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 8+ years in payroll, finance, or HR operations in a global organization.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing payroll projects with strong execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in diverse, global teams.
• Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to think strategically and act operationally to drive results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• System Experience: Familiarity with Workday, ADP payroll platforms, and benefit systems like Darwin.
• Certifications: CIPP, CPP, FPC, Lean Six Sigma (LSS)

This opportunity is an 11-month contract, Hybrid in Dublin.
