Mobile Developer (Android) - Remote PT

As an Android Developer, you will create exceptional native experiences with the latest e-commerce tech stack, ensuring a world-class product quality. Our approach to software development is like haute cuisine: every detail is meticulously crafted to deliver a smooth and impactful experience.

You will work with a talented team of Android, iOS, and Quality Assurance engineers who thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments. Additionally, you will contribute to building an app with over 10M+ downloads, featured at the Google I/O 2019 Developer Keynote and multiple case studies. The codebase integrates Arch Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.), following a Kotlin-first approach with RxJava & Coroutines and utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Requirements:

Expertise in:

• Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus);
• Jetpack Compose (Compose Multiplatform is a plus);
• Coroutines (or RxJava);
• Software Architecture (MVVM or similar);
• Unit testing and UI tests;
• Developing fluid and interactive user experiences;
• Working independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional, feature-oriented teams;
• Direct collaboration with the client to ensure technical feasibility of requirements;
• Service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and data structures;
• Test-driven development and continuous delivery;
• Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical architecture and design;
• Develop and maintain features in collaboration with the client;
• Write testable, well-documented code;
• Ensure the agreed level of test coverage;
• Take ownership of code from development to maintenance;
• Mentor junior engineers;
• Diagnose and solve production issues;
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet goals;
• Actively contribute to solution design and implementation.
