Our corporate agency client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, fulltime hours per week, remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Design Strategy:
- Develop and implement service design strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Journey Mapping:
- Create detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Prototyping:
- Develop prototypes and service models to test and validate design concepts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective service design solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Skills needed:
- 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer or UX Researcher
- Expertise in creating detailed service blueprints, journey maps and cohesive design solution documents.
- Financial services, banking, Insurance or fintech experience is a must.
- Expertise with UX research and interviewing.
