THE ROLE


We are currently looking for a Global Talent Development & Acquisition Expert to join our Global team. In this role you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across IONWAYs operations. You are responsible for creating and implementing strategies that align with the IONWAY’s talent needs, fostering a culture of learning and development, and ensuring that IONWAY has the right people to realize its ambition. This Role is reporting to Global People & Organisation Manager and is based in Wroclaw.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and talent needs.
  • Drive employer branding strategies that position IONWAY as a global employer of choice.
  • Promote the company’s mission, vision, and values to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to create compelling content for employer branding across various channels.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to understand local hiring needs and cultural nuances, adapting recruitment processes where necessary.
  • Participate in the Implementation and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline hiring processes.
  • Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process, fostering equality and fair treatment throughout all stages of recruitment.
  • Design and implement global leadership and employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentorship, and career development plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage succession planning for critical roles within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through innovative learning and development (L&D) initiatives, e-learning platforms, and workshops.
  • Assess talent gaps and workforce needs to bridge these gaps through training and internal mobility programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs, making adjustments to improve impact and ROI.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 5-7 years or more of experience working in a training or HR function delivering enterprise-wide solutions in a complex, global organization.
  • Experience in creating training catalogues, employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all company levels and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
  • Good conceptual and critical analytical capabilities to evaluate training alternatives.
  • Experience in global HR programs and practices.
  • Fluency in English and Polish
