Job Description: The firm are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer to join their Technology practice group. The successful candidate will work on a variety of technology-related legal matters, including intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on technology-related matters, including software licensing, cloud computing, and IT services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, including SaaS agreements, software development agreements, and technology outsourcing agreements.
• Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues, including compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Assist with intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright issues.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in technology law.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Represent clients in technology-related disputes and litigation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ PQE years of experience in technology law, preferably in a large law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of technology law, including intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
