Tech Lead Engineer - Secure Communications & IoT - Amersfoort [Defense & Security] (€100-120K Base)

Our client is a specialized connectivity partner that develops secure communication solutions, including IoT products and custom router systems. With a lean team of 30 FTE, they're looking for a Tech Lead to drive their next generation of API integrations and system architecture. You will be responsible for leading a team of 6 developers while maintaining hands-on involvement in development, working on highly sensitive projects.

Your profile: You have extensive experience as hands-on engineer, work together with development teams and architecting secure connections. You are comfortable working in a multi-language environment and have an agnostic perspective on coding. You must be able to work in a secure environment and be willing to sign NDAs for classified projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of development experience in the Netherlands
• Strong agnostic experience with either Golang, Python, C++
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Proven track record with API development and integration
• Must have EU passport due to security requirements
• Dutch language proficiency strongly preferred
• Security clearance eligibility required
• Hands-on technical leadership experience
• Agnostic approach to programming languages
