DevOps Engineer (NL + ENG)

Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and help automate and streamline our development, deployment, and operations processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and cloud infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Automate and streamline development, deployment, and operational processes;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient deployments;
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources;
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to ensure quality and performance;
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible;
• Maintain cloud environments and optimize cost and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role (2+ years preferred);
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI);
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation);
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar);
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
