What You'll Do
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and success of CtrlChain's product ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer needs, ensuring that our products drive business growth, improve customer experience, and scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs
- Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring each product drives revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business success
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and coach Product Owners and Business Analysts, empowering them to deliver results and align with the broader ecosystem strategy
- Cultivate a high-performing, innovative, and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Customer & Market-Driven Innovation
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring deep market insights inform product strategy and decision-making
- Anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable product initiatives that create measurable value
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Build trust and alignment across business, engineering, and design, ensuring commitment to the product vision and execution
- Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and impact to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to development and market release
- Roadmap Execution, Governance & KPI's
- Drive efficient roadmap execution, ensuring clear processes, measurable progress, and adaptability to changing priorities
- Own the Product Funnel, lead prioritization using WSJF, and guide investment decisions in collaboration with the SteerCo
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, tracking KPIs to optimize product quality, cost, and performance
- Scalability & Future-Readiness
- Ensure the product ecosystem is scalable, adaptable, and future-proof, leveraging innovation in logistics, sustainability, and AI to stay ahead of industry trends
Who You Are
You are an exceptional product leader with a proven ability to deliver results in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Specifically, you have:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Customer-Centric Mindset - You deeply understand customer problems and work relentlessly to innovate on their behalf
- Strategic Thinker - You see the big picture, anticipate industry trends, and align the product ecosystem with long-term business goals
- Collaboration & Communication - You excel at building relationships across all levels of an organization, fostering alignment between business, engineering, and design
- Leadership & Mentorship - Experienced in coaching Product Owners and Business Analysts, fostering professional growth, and strengthening product teams
- Strong Organizational Skills - Capable of managing multiple priorities, driving execution, and ensuring accountability
- Results-Driven - You take ownership, push boundaries, and consistently exceed expectations
- Deep industry knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or transportation management solutions is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as PSPO II, III or Product Management Certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
