Job Description:

Background:

• The role is within the People Operations Transformation Rewards team, covering Compensation, Variable Pay, and Benefits.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
• The role involves close collaboration with both global and local stakeholders, especially in relation to HR transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and familiarize yourself with global HR processes and templates.
• Work with global process owners and product owners to identify local requirements and legal, fiscal, and regulatory needs.
• Advise on solutions to business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead preparation for workshops and local design validation.
• Prepare impact analysis for change requests.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of HR processes, particularly in Total Rewards (Compensation, Variable Pay, Benefits).
• Experience in HR transformation projects with complex requirements.
• Advisory experience in defining solutions for business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow is mandatory; SuccessFactors and GlobalView experience are preferred.
• Ability to manage stakeholders independently and develop content for local design.
