Production and Operations Analyst

Who WE are looking for: 

In this role, you will support the Operations team with the main functions being supporting and/or leading projects focused on production and operations excellence to support our growth. 

Production 

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adherence to production schedules
• Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships to facilitate seamless operations and conflict resolution
• Review production reports and metrics to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement

Operations

• Evaluate current procedures and workflows to find ways to improve operations
• Identify inefficiencies and develop new procedures
• Prepare detailed workflows
• Perform operations analysis for new products and other developments
• Research market and industry trends and patterns

YOU Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred)
• 0-3 years work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Python. Other analytics tools (eg. airtable) is a plus.
• Have a basic understanding of business operations in Consumer Goods or Ecommerce
