Java Developer

Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Core Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java 17, GCP or any Cloud Technology and shell scripting.

Additional Information: The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with IL law, the base salary for this role if filled within IL, is $95K -100K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using GCP services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• GCP Technologies: Kubernetes, CloudSQL(Postgres), Redis, GCE, Logs Explorer, Metrics Dashboarding, Alerting
• Code management: Bitbucket
• IDE: IntelliJ, Eclipse
• SDLC tools: Jira
• Build tools: Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo
• CICD: Terragrunt, Terraform, Helm
• Scheduling: UC4(Not Mandatory)
