-Senior Product Specialist & Onboarding Project Manager

Position Overview: Flxpoint is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to Flxpoint's customers via email ticketing and pre-scheduled Zoom meetings. In addition, you will lead new client onboarding projects, lasting from 4 to 16 weeks. As part of providing support and leading onboarding projects, you will work closely with a variety of internal teams to assist customers in issue resolution, training, and project planning and management.

Your Mission:

• Manage and ensure a successful transition from Sales to Onboarding to Go-Live
• Lead 8-15 onboarding projects at a time
• Provide best-in-class customer support to Flxpoint users, in an efficient, human and natural manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote issue resolution, product enhancement and improving the overall customer experience
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant prior experience
• Excellent command of written English, with the ability to translate technical concepts to user-friendly language
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak/write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Experience with SaaS/support tools and platforms, such as Zendesk, Hubspot, Jira, Notion and Slack
• Ability to lead implementation projects with key accounts, demanding professionalism and project management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
